– Distillery Bordiga –
Art of distillates
In Cuneo and the Occitane valleys, Bordiga has always been synonymous with liquor: the distillery is the reference for genepy, vermouth, bitters, and gin punch for almost 130 years.
The story, however, starts in Turin in the second half of the nineteenth century, where the cav. Peter Bordiga had a small, popular bar frequented by distinguished personalities. Strong of its knowledge in herbal medicine and techniques of extraction of essential oils, she decided to open a distillery: choose a mountain town where it’s easier to grow the best herbs for his creations.
