Grana Padano DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) is produced in many parts of northern Italy. This type of Grana Padano is produced in Brescia and then selected the place of production directly by his son Joseph and grandson Lorenzo Occelli.
It is cylindrical shapes of 35-45 cm diameter with convex top 18-25 cm. It is produced with 100% cow’s milk. The rind is hard, smooth distinguished by the mark of the Grana Padano Consortium.
