The bakery Artisan Cavanna originates from an idea of the Cavanna family, who in 1995 started an activity aimed at providing a product that respects the quality of a secular tradition, linked to processing by milling cereal products cultivated using traditional and ecological methods.
Ingredients: Wheat flour type “1” milled natural stone, sugar, butter “Fattorie Fiandino 1889”, non-hydrogenated vegetable oils (sunflower and palm), soft wheat bran 15%, whole wheat flour, fresh whole milk , pasteurized fresh eggs, raising agent: ammonium bicarbonate, salt, natural flavor. Produced in a laboratory using nuts and soy.
