The bakery Artisan Cavanna originates from an idea of the Cavanna family, who started in 1995 an activity aimed at providing a product that respects the quality of a secular tradition, linked to processing by milling cereal products cultivated using traditional and ecological methods.
Ingredients: Flour RYE wheat flour, sugar, chopped pears 10%, BUTTER Fiandino 1889 fresh EGGS, sunflower oil, coriander seeds, ammonium bicarbonate, salt. Produced in a laboratory using nuts and soy.
Cookie Shape: Rectangular.
Cookie size: 5 cm x 2 x 0.5 approx.
Color: golden baked.
Odour: mildly flavored fragrance.
